I had a user (@ereynold) say that his post was blocked for some reason (maybe required moderation?). @lheinric, I don’t think any such feature is enabled here but maybe there is something you can look into?

I approved the post, but we should write a better ML algo to classify the posts 
Just to give an update here: the reason the post was blocked was that the minimum post time for new users was set to 3 seconds. Apparently @ereynold managed to post in under that time.
I’ve never seen this happen but since we’re currently not getting a lot of spam bots I lowered the minimum threshold to 0.5 seconds.
