REANA from Outside CERN

In order to access the pages at reana.cern.ch I followed the instructions at https://security.web.cern.ch/recommendations/en/ssh_browsing.shtml to setup a network proxy and that seems to work well.

I think in the future, this will be accessible more broadly, but this will allow use of the client and browser from outside for the time being.

I see this is also documented here - https://recast-docs.web.cern.ch/recast-docs/using/#set-up-environment-variables-to-access-reanacernch-cluster - with another method for accessing this page from outside CERN.
